1. All stall holders are responsible for their own waste clearing during and after the event. Providing bins for your customers, keeping your area tidy and ensuring all rubbish is taken off site and disposed of correctly, including any cooking oil and materials.
2. All stalls are pre-allocated, at the size indicated in your booking. Any requests can be made when you are contacted, however cannot be guaranteed. Any issues surrounding the pre-allocated space or sizing, may result in removal from the site by security.
3. A refundable £100 deposit is required to book a stall. This will be fully refundable subject to all terms and conditions being adhered to, 5 – 10 business days after the event.
4. All stall holders will be required to arrive with any vehicles between 6am – 9am on the day of the event, outside of those times, you will not be able to gain access to the area with a vehicle due to safety of participants. Stall holders will not be able to bring their vehicles back on to the site until 8pm at the earliest, when security has deemed it safe to do so.
5. No vehicles are to be kept on the site itself, unless pre-authorised, due to safety of participants. Pre-authorisation reasons may include you vehicle being part of your stall, for example a donut van, in which case you will be asked to provide a copy of all relevant insurance, and will be checked on the day.
6. When using a vehicle to set up on the day, we ask that you have your confirmation ready for the team to be able to direct you to your pre-allocated slot as quickly as possible. On entering the site, you must travel within a 5mph speed limit and be aware of pedestrians, bike riders and animals at all times.
7. There will be no supply to electricity or a generator, if you are bringing your own, you must notify us beforehand and adhere to all safety regulations and insurance needed, you will be asked to provide a copy of these, and will be checked on the day.
8. Stalls selling burgers, ice cream, inflatables, games or rides will not be accepted.
9. The Open Call has a zero-tolerance policy to the sale of alcohol, illegal substances or selling and displaying counterfeit goods. If you are found to be in possession of any of these, you will be removed from the site immediately.
10. The table supplied will be a 6 foot trestle table. Any damage to the table or any other fixtures of Alexandra Park, will result in The Open Call keeping your refundable deposit.
11. No chairs or cover will be provided for your stall area, please bring your own.
12. If you are selling food, you must hold the relevant food hygiene certificates, and adhere to all food and hygiene standards, including providing allergen processes and advice. For more information, please see https://www.gov.uk/food-safety-your-responsibilities
13. You are responsible for the health and safety and wellbeing of your employees and public in the vicinity of your stall. Please take into consideration adverse weather conditions when planning for the day.
14. Dependant on the nature of your stall, you will be responsible for any fire equipment, such as fire extinguishers or blankets. You are responsible for fire management within your vicinity.
16. All goods and personal are the responsibility of the vendor. The Open Call accepts no responsibility.
